VLE and Conceptual Maps on Information System Face-to-Face Teaching

This article discusses a didactic experience that combines two methodological approaches in order to innovate the teaching of the course of Introduction to Information Systems Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from FluminenseFederalUniversity. One of the approaches is related to the use of a VLE (Virtual learning environment), based on Moodle, as a strategy for improving learning relations between students and teachers. The other deals with the use of conceptual maps for the construction of basic concepts and definitions in the area of Information Systems.
